Devotional Heart Opening Practice

This devotional Heart Opening Practice will allow us to embrace emotional healing as we practice postures to help open the front of our body (including heart openers, back-bends, shoulder openers) and practice pranayama to allow the ego to dissipate and uncover our true heart center.  When the dark illuninates with light from our heart, this will allow us to shine brightly in all areas of our life and help others to do the same.

Inversions: The Fountain of Youth

Join us for a fun afternoon of yoga inversions with many modifications for all levels.  A wonderful opportunity to work on your inversions, we will go over the mechanics of setting up headstand, forearm-stand, handstand, and shoulder-stand, systematically going through all the steps to help gently guide and safely help you to find your pose.  Beginning with intension setting, breath and warm-up prior to inversion work.  Practice will finish with meditation and savasana. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing.  Bring water and a towel.  (Mats, blocks provided)
